Three new calendars available. Nicely enough, you can pick your own starting month for these!
Totem animals, serial killer portraits, and tattoo flash calendars up now.
On a more personal note, I am getting all four of my wisdom teeth removed later this summer (Thanks Obama! Seriously!) and I will post throughout, about that experience.
I’ll tag those all “medicine” and “personal” in case you want to avoid them. I have serious, long-standing dental phobia as well as never having had the money or coverage to get them removed. So this is a HUGE step for me.
I went in and had my teeth cleaned, and only had a few cavities after twenty or thirty years of no dentistry, so that was pretty amazing.
.
Anyone with serious dental issues, you’re not alone. It’s embarrassing as hell but if you find a good dentist they wont judge you. The place I went, they were kind as hell about everything, very gentle, and sweet,
Yesterday was great!
I tend to have good conversations with my clients, and the whole day I spent talking to awesome people about hilarious things.
I didn’t get to do my bird drawing (he chose the hand of doom instead) but I’d still love to do it on someone…
I’ll be back at work saturday- I go to the dentist tomorrow, wish me luck.
Oh and also, some more new and old art for sale at the bottom here. I’ve been revamping my printshop a little, so go take a peek!
I also did a nice elegant celtic piece I drew specifically for the client today…
I will post that one after it’s healed, since there was a lot of white and pale grey in it (pinkish from the freshly broken skin)
I also did these two pieces today. Fun stuff- bright butterflies and a cool little rocker guy.
…
I’ve got prints and originals for sale now at laughing buddha–
If you’re not in Seattle, you can get prints of them at the links in the images below. For originals, you can always email me and ask about prices and shipping!
I’m bringing a few paintings to Seattle with me to hang at Laughing Buddha; these pieces will be for sale there after this weekend. They’re originals. I only sliced my hand once framing and matting them!
I’ll be tattooing there, one more guest spot, from the 7-16 of June, too. I’d love to do some floral work, birds, or op art this trip, so if you are interested in getting some work done by me while I’m there hit me up by email (there’s a link to contact me at the top of the left sidebar on this page!)
Made as a gift for a friend. Prints are available HERE, though.
an 8×24″ oil on canvas I did. Finally listed it, scanned it for prints.
Prints are here, original for sale here.
I’ll be scanning some more oil paintings today- I’ll update this post later if I get a chance.
also added “Spider Kiss”, another oil on canvas. Print, Original.
Things I’ve made since my last update!
Also, the book is printing now…yay!
and, there are kittens here.
I’m up formatting. Insomnia has had me slept through the last few days, up all night at the computer, typing, correcting. I am lucky to have an editor friend who has ripped the thing apart enough for me to repair it to a better standard.
I’ll be working like this until it’s done and sent on, then packing for the road. Wish me luck with both.
