hold yer horses, quitting smoking

I smoked twice today. I smoked one whole cigarette today. As long as I let myself be a hermit recluse for a little while I think I can do this.

If anyone has been trying to reach me, give me a day or two to get my head straight ok?

I’m behind on a few things, but it’s this physical process making things difficult right now.
