Just finished with this bottle-blond.
All done with prismacolors, on heavy (100lb hotpress) watercolor paper. I blend by pressing hard with my colored pencils, making the art a bit smoother, almost painterly.
Myra Hindley is one of the bad ones. I may do a write-up on her at some point, like the ones I did for other killers.
